BILLY IDOL’S Expanded Reissue of Self-Titled Debut Album Out Now!

The iconic rock star Billy Idol has just released the expanded version of his self-titled debut album, which is currently available through Capitol/UMe. The deluxe reissue contains the original ten-track album, a live recording of his unforgettable concert at The Roxy in West Hollywood, CA on August 12, 1982 (which was previously unreleased), and an extended Clubland Remix of his iconic song “White Wedding,” which was recently discovered. A concert film featuring Billy Idol’s remarkable performance at Hoover Dam is scheduled for release this autumn.Titled “Billy Idol: State Line,” this docu-concert film is produced by Lastman Media for Vertigo Live and promises to showcase the energy and electrifying atmosphere of Idol’s unforgettable April concert at Hoover Dam. During his performance at Hoover Dam, Billy Idol treated fans to two unique sets of his greatest hits. The first set featured a full band concert at sunset, with special guests Alison Mosshart, Steve Jones, and Tony Kanal, against the stunning backdrop of the Black Canyon. The second set took place on the rooftop of the powerhouse at the foot of Hoover Dam, where Idol and his collaborator, lead guitarist Steve Stevens, delivered an intimate acoustic duo performance.
