Pickleball Nets Vandalized After Tennis Player Confrontation
Six pickleball nets were vandalized at a Needham park after a confrontation with tennis players. The Needham school district is investigating.
Needham, Mass – Six pickleball nets were vandalized in a Needham park after a confrontation with tennis players. The pickleballers discovered the nets disassembled and thrown into a pile the next day.
One of the tennis coaches admitted to trashing the nets, and the Needham school district is investigating the “unacceptable adult behavior.”
The pickleballers bought the nets themselves and will pay about $100 to replace them.
