The forthcoming 33,800-square-foot climate-controlled facility will feature 12 indoor pickleball courts, a Players’ Courtyard with two outdoor pickleball courts and two bocce ball courts, and ample parking with 130 spaces. Additionally, the club will offer a 3,900-square-foot Players’ Lounge mezzanine overlooking the courts, a restaurant called Pickle’s Café, and Dink’s Pro Shop. Construction is expected to commence in June 2024, with a grand opening planned for the summer of 2025.
Greenacres Location:
The Pickleball Club has also secured its ninth site, a 4.9-acre parcel located at 5234 S Haverhill Road in Greenacres. This state-of-the-art facility will span 41,140 square feet and house 16 indoor pickleball courts, a Players’ Courtyard with three covered outdoor courts and two bocce ball courts, and dedicated parking with 184 spaces. Members will have access to a 3,850-square-foot Players’ Lounge overlooking the courts, Dink’s Pro Shop, and Pickle’s Café, fostering a vibrant and social atmosphere. Groundbreaking for the Greenacres location is expected in June 2024, with an anticipated opening in the summer of 2025.
