7-Eleven Brings Fans the Ultimate Virtual Car Meet Up in Popular Online Game, Fortnite

Follow @7eleven for clues to unlock access to a secret island inspired by the world’s largest convenience retailer and the chance to win epic prizes

Using clues that will be revealed on 7-Eleven’s social channels, players can find 7-Eleven® branded cars across a series of custom Fortnite islands to unlock a special 7-Eleven map and virtual car meet up. 

Here’s how to play:

  • Download the free Fortnite game on any compatible gaming platform and follow the gameplay instructions to Fortnite Creative mode.
  • Follow @7eleven on Instagram and X to uncover clues that lead to the location of the 7-Eleven-inspired cars, each hidden on a unique Fortnite map.
  • Each car holds a portion of a map code – together, all three cars will unlock an epic map that will host the ultimate virtual car meet: “There Car” Island.
  • On “There Car” Island, players can explore the custom-built 7-Eleven store and gas station and uncover a selection of easter eggs – including a photo opportunity with 7-Eleven-branded cars to prove their attendance.

Players who share their photo from the designated spot to Instagram and X will have the chance to win epic prizes like a custom gaming chair, immortalized gamertag statue to live on the island, $500 in credits for use on 7NOW® Delivery, and weekly fuel discounts at 7-Eleven or Speedway® branded fuel locations.** Users must follow and tag @7eleven and use #7ElevenSweepstakes and #ThereCar in the post.

Meet Kim Kesner

Kim Kesner is not your average pickleball player. Hailing from Denver, Colorado, she boasts a rich history of athletic accomplishments. From college volleyball and softball to becoming a pivotal player in the pickleball world, Kim’s sporting history provides a unique perspective on the game. She’s known for her never-give-up attitude on the court, whether she’s playing singles or doubles.

Achievements and Accolades

In 2023 alone, Kim has clinched 3 gold medals, 3 silver, and 1 bronze medal. Her prowess on the court earned her a 4th place finish at the US Open in the women’s division and a commendable 5th place in mixed doubles at Nationals. Last year, she bagged the prestigious APP Most Improved Player award and made waves with her highly viewed match against Anna Leigh Waters.

The Personal Side of Kim

Beyond pickleball, Kim wears many hats. She’s a dedicated chiropractor and acupuncturist who owns a practice in Denver with her husband, Chad Kesner. The duo is also proud parents to their son, Cole, a rising star in chemical and biomedical engineering and a college football player at South Dakota School of Mines. When not on the court or at her clinic, Kim loves engaging in outdoor activities like dirt biking, snowmobiling, and hiking. Her passion for helping others also sees her treating Lou Gehrig’s disease patients in her free time.

I want to bring to your attention an important upcoming documentary that focuses on a significant yet often underrepresented aspect of American politics: the role of Black women. The film, titled “Dear America, A Letter From Black Women,” is part of The Dear America Project and aims to highlight the contributions of Black women in shaping political landscapes throughout U.S. history.

Project Ready, the nonprofit organization behind this initiative, is embarking on a national tour featuring short film pre-screenings accompanied by panel discussions and special guests. The goal of this campaign is ambitious—securing pledges from 100,000 Black women to commit to voting in what is shaping up to be a historic election.

The timing of this documentary could not be more relevant. As we navigate a pivotal moment in our political history, especially with a Black woman running for president, the film’s exploration of Black women’s narratives is crucial.
